But yesterday, Rahman was briefly brought before the news media. According to a report by the BBC, he said: "I am not an infidel or a fugitive. I am a Christian. If they want to sentence me to death, I accept that."

I am glad that you are posting on this. I think you are right...we must not be silent. Indeed, Christians must have a ready answer for those who ask how Christ and Muhammed are different.
I believe God is making it clearer and clearer that those who do not honor the Son are advancing a diabolical message - Jn 5.23.
