Outrageous?

From this msnbc article:
SALT LAKE CITY - The chief law enforcer in two Utah-Arizona border towns is accused of misconduct after writing a letter pledging love and allegiance to the leader of a polygamous sect, who was on the FBI's most wanted list at the time...."I love you and ... know that you have the right to rule in all aspects of my life," Fred Barlow wrote in the October 2005 letter to Warren Jeffs.

This is one of the most perverse stories I've heard of, except for the one where a man made love to a dead animal. With the way things are going like legalizing gay marriages, i dunno why there's a law against polygamy, then this story just sums it all up, do whatever the hell you want and say whatever you want cuz this is a free country. Then I'm reminded of Sodom & Gomorrah where God's patience won't last forever.

it gets better.
after 6000 yrs of tradition, conservative judaism is on track to recognize gay marriages.

Father Abraham is spinning right about now.

There have always been cycles of obedience and disobedience. The prophets weren't railing against nothing. Mankind is by nature sinful and this age is no different. It's up to us to stand up and say "No".

One thing that I think gets lost because of the noise of the gay lobby is that sexual mores in general are in the gutter. God hates Jack and Jill getting too cuddly before marriage.

Cripes, that entire story is disturbing.

But, at least his sin has found him out.

...and then there's the clowns in Wisconsin who dug up a corpse...no I am not making this up!

(it's as if people were jealous of all the attention lonely shepherds and Appalachian hillbillies get in those bad jokes)

And then did you hear that the Taliban had to prohibit their mujahedeen (sp?) from associating with beardless boys. No, I am not making this up--see WorldNetDaily for a link.

PB, sin will inevitably find its way around and show up no matter how hard one tries to hide it.

BB, sometimes I'm glad I don't know all the vile things that go on in the world. I guess this is grace cuz if God shows us everything, I don't think we can take it.
